State car Vinnitsa region reinforces control of shipments of "dangerous goods"
In the period from 05 to 30 August this year had preventive measures under the provisional name "Dangerous goods", which focused on compliance subjects of transportation of dangerous goods requirements of the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods. Order and osnovni requirements to ensure safety of road transport of dangerous goods on the territory of Ukraine by the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods, which are approved by the Interior Ministry of Ukraine of 26.07.2004 822 "On Approval of Rules of the road transport of dangerous goods." Economic activity most companies, institutions andorganizations, private business somehow linked to the trafficking of dangerous goods. In the agricultural sector this agrochemicals (pesticides, herbicides, nitrate, etc.) in production and the industrial sector is paint, solvents, precursors, gases, alkalis, petroleum products, coal, oil, explosives and many other substances that may pose a risk for certainconditions. The experience of such events shows that the typical violation of road transport of dangerous goods are: incorrect labeling of vehicles, containers in which dangerous goods are transported or no such labeling, false registration of transport documents, identification of dangerous goods, the lack of heathoc training of employees and a number of other disorders. The leaders of enterprises, institutions, organizations or private entrepreneurs neglected special training of employees, their awareness in the field of traffic safety and transport of dangerous goods. This applies particularly to agricultural producers, farmers who haveb deal with agrochemicals and are carriers and consignees of dangerous goods. Effective measures to improve traffic safety and compliance with the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods in business entities regardless of ownership, is authorized purpose (consultant), who was a special PREPWCU and performs prescribed rules function. Heads of enterprises, institutions, organizations and individual entrepreneurs should know that neglecting the existing law in this area may lead to negative consequences, for which the responsibility: administrative (art. 132-1 CAO), civil (Art. 1187 Civil Code) , criminal (Art. 239, 267, 321 of the Criminal Code).
