In Vinnytsia police opened criminal proceedings into the death of the driver
February 22 on the road from Kalynivka in Strizhavka car « Volkswagen Golf & raquo ;, having left at the curb, ran into electrical resistance. As a result of the accident at the scene killed the driver of cars and passenger were injured. Police previouslyfound that about 20.15 hours of 62-year-old driver of a passenger car, moving to Kiev highway from the city to the village Kalynivka Strizhavka, lost control, drove into the curb and hit the electrical resistance. In the car, in addition to the driver, was 62-year-old passenger. A woman with multiple injuries admitted to the city clinicnight hospital. Investigation Department of the police opened criminal proceedings under Part. 2, Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety or operation of transport entities that are driving causing the death of the victim). According to a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment for a term of Mayoh to eight years with deprivation of the right to drive for up to three years or without it.
