The Deputy Minister explained that the first bill - " On Enforcement Proceedings " - Make the procedure more quickly and efficiently. The second bill - " On State Executive Service and private enforcement " registersprocedure for introduction in Ukraine of private executors. "The adoption of these laws will ensure a significant increase in the number actually executed decisions. The proposed changes will make it possible to save the state budget that went to the financing of the engine. In addition, budget revenues will increase due to the sale of property by private performersin electronic trading in sets and by increasing revenues from executive duty. The advantages for citizens is that they will have the right to choose who to turn to. It will raise the confidence of the plaintiff to the artist. It is also a positive impact on reducing the period of execution of court decisions and the effectiveness of enforcement. According to him, the private contractor can be any person who has two years of legal experience, was the profile of training and appropriate training or a person who has one year of service roboyou state executor, notary, lawyer or arbitration administrator and has passed the appropriate training. Sergey Shkliar expressed hope that the law on private enforcement will be adopted by the end of September. "Maybe they will take effect immediately after the base is prepared. For now, no one insures private enforcement because they are not. It is therefore possible that the law on private enforcement will come into effect from January 2016.
