Chernivtsi believe that joining fee for power supply networks is unbearable and asked to cancel
Chernivtsi City Council addressed to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko with a request to cancel the fee for joining standard power supply companies to networks as an impossible and unfair for the people of Ukraine. Members of Chernivetskoyi City Council draw attention to the fact that from 1 January 2013 the standard fee for the accession to power networks of power supply companies forced to make almost 70 percent of individual developers, which is connected to a standard power is 16 kW. In two years the number of people released on these rules, withbilshylas another 10-15 percent. This mainly of small and medium businesses, joining standard which is up to 50 kW. And from January 1, 2017 by the present rules fall nearly 90 percent of consumers whose power consumption is 150 kW. Considering that the cheapest specifications with pay for standard joining hundrednovlyat 5.0 thous., has a large number of residents of Chernivtsi, private entrepreneurs are not able to pay utility company for standard connection. This in turn leads to a reduction of individual building becomes a major obstacle to the discovery and development of private business, causing the growth of social tension. Thenm Chernivtsi City Council considers it appropriate to abolish fees for joining standard power supply companies to networks and make appropriate changes in the legislation, and to order the power distribution companies to enter into agreements to supply electricity directly to the people not only of apartment buildings, which areyatsya communal property communities, with residents and departmental housing, condominiums, housing cooperative, ZHBT, horticultural societies.
