Transcarpathia: for receiving 15 thousand UAH arrested the head undue advantage of one of the colleges of the region
on Aug. 5, the procedural guidance prosecutor field workers combating crime control in the economy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region in obtaining illegitimate benefits exposed head of one of the colleges of the region. In totalcial derived illegal benefit amount is 15 thousand USD. The said amount of money received head of the institution for assistance in applying for training. Currently, the specified criminal proceedings with the previous legal qualification under part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of the offer, promise or receipt of improper benefits officeryu, a responsible position) held priority investigations.
