In accordance with paragraph 9.8 of the Rules of the road, according to a Cabinet of Ministers of UkraineFebruary 11, 2013 111 "On Amendments to the Rules of the road", which became effective April 15 out of the last year, from October 1, 2014 to May 1, 2015 for all motor vehicles outside settlements must be enabled daytime running lights, and in the case of their absence in vehicle design - dipped beam headlights.
