In the Transcarpathian region since the beginning of the prosecution appealed to the court to recover the rent by more than
100 hectares of land During the year prosecutors Transcarpathian region stated to the court of claims for completeness and timeliness of budget revenues of the ground rent on land plots area over 100 ha regulatory monetary value of which is over 180 million. Currently, courts have considered and granted such claims about 60 hectares worth more than 100 million USD. Also, the intervention of the prosecutor's office came to the budget of the ground rent amounting to more than 1 million USD.
