Chernivtsi: Supervisory Board Park "October" led Elena Kmita
collegiate control and advisory body of the municipal enterprise "Park October" in number 8 persons established by the session of the City Council. The Supervisory Board will supervise the activities of the company "Park October" to ensure its transparency, legitimacy, legality tand feasibility. In particular, the control and advisory body to examine the financial statements of the company, analyze the actions of its leader and the results of inspections, make proposals for development concepts and perspectives of the park, action plans and improve results financial condition, economic efficiency of enterprisesprises, as well as the development and implementation of scientific recommendations on the protection of the environment. The Supervisory Board has a right to involve specialists (ecologists, landscape designers, economists, lawyers, financiers, auditors, etc.) to analyze specific issues of the park, organize lectures, seminars, workshops, conferences,and recommend the Mayor to dismiss director of the company in the event of failure or improper fulfillment of job duties or conditions of the contract. This council includes five representatives of the initiative group of residents, including the widow of the deceased Hero ATO, head of the NGO "Hero - Family - Ukraine" Oksana Toothzhytska, landscape designer Julia Kavetsky from volunteer organizations Kmita Elena, member of the NGO "Women's Club Soroptymist" Marianne Krylov, head of NGO "Students' Parliament" Denis Timofeev, a representative of the Public Council under the Executive Committee of the City Council, head of the regional NGO "Protection" Bohdan Boyko representative business park SergeiAndreev Representative and Mayor Yuri Funnel activist. The first organizational meeting of the Supervisory Board of the park "October" was unanimously elected Chairman of the Board Elena Kmit, Deputy Chairman of the Board - Oksana Zubzhytsku, secretary - Yuri funnel.
