Prosecutors Rivne take measures to return the land to the state in the amount of 309 million UAH
By the appeal the prosecutor's office canceled Rivne oblast court decisions which denied the claims of prosecutors to return the land to the state worth 309 million USD. It is about 30 thousand hectares of land located in the Volynarea. Volyn provided to the Prosecution proceedings at first instance, prosecutors Rivne region - appeal. In these courts, prosecutors proved that the state acts on the right of permanent land private structure issued by the authorities illegally without proper legal grounds, in particular? in the absence of decision oflocal governments to transfer these lands to anyone to use. However, the prosecution's claims courts refused due to the expiry of the limitation period to apply for protection of rights violations. Later, essentially defending the interests of citizens and the state prosecutor's office in Rivne region made with thesewidow decision of the appeal by the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine 09.07.2015 and deemed reasonable decision, which overturned the previous court decisions illegal and returned the case to the trial court for a new trial.
