Rest and recuperation of children ATO members and internally displaced persons to the authorities require innovative solutions, because this category is not yet included in the list of persons with greatt healthier budgetary funds. Therefore Oblast Administration was decided to allocate additional funds for programs and activities of social nature. To support the families of internally displaced persons and members of anti-terrorist operation Department of Family, Youth and Sports RSA sharingO with the NGO "Common Cause", whose members are forced migrants from the eastern regions of Ukraine, initiated the program under the same name "Common Cause". The program aims to realize the right of every child to a good rest, rehabilitation and provision of leisure.
