Chernigov: Costs of insulin will compensate local authorities
Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk instructed the regional state administrations to provide compensation funds to purchase drugs and insulin for diabetics to lower blood sugar. This order gave Arseniy Yatsenyuk at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. "It is the competence of locals authorities.
