In Vinnitsa region prosecutor's office prevented the recovery from the state budget over 5 Million Ltd.
« Khmilnyk skimmed milk factory « visit Milk » went to court with a claim to recognize the illegal refusal fiscal Vinnytsia State Customs Service of Ukraine on dismissal company from payment of import dutiesand a value added tax. However, such claims are unfounded and contradict the current legislation. Indeed, the plaintiff unreasonably tried to convince the court that it imported goods exempt from tax. To protect the public interest, prosecutors entered the field of consideration of the case. Result – a decision that prevented villagepulling over 5 million hryvnia customs duties paid and confirmed the legality of their charges.
