In Vinnytsia held state certification emergency services
March 13, in accordance with Article 48 of the Code of Civil ch.21 protection requirements and Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 13.11.2013r. 828 « On approval of the certification of emergency services and rescuers » on the basis of the General DSNS Ukraine in Vinnitsaoblasts held its first field meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for certification of rescue services, headed by First Deputy Chairman DSNS Ukraine Anatoliy Boyko. The paper said the commission was attended by representatives of ministries and departments of Ukraine. Working Party were tested level of training lifeguards and their physicaltraining. Soldiers rescue services were asked to perform tests on the three and perform exercises on the bar and pull flexion and extension arms with stop lying. Overall certification passed 866 rescuers Vinnytsia region and 926 – with interest.
